1. Acceptance
By using TripPlaceGuide you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Service
The platform offers local discovery, maps, route planning, AI Planner, community posts, reviews, coupons, guide points and business management. Content is informational and may change.
3. Account
You are responsible for your account information, username, password security and actions performed through your account.
4. User Content
You are responsible for reviews, photos, routes, posts, tags and edit suggestions. Illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing, spam, infringing, privacy-violating or offensive content may be removed.
5. Routes and Maps
Map and route information is assistive. Traffic, closures, weather, opening hours and safety conditions must be checked separately.
6. Coupons and Businesses
Coupons follow stock, validity, guide point cost, scope and terms set by the business. Business claims may require verification.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform software, design, brand and database rights belong to TripPlaceGuide or licensors. You grant a limited licence to display and promote your platform content.
8. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. TripPlaceGuide is not responsible for third-party businesses, user content, map providers or external links.
